Information on contact and how it works
If you’re interested in having a Fursuit/Mascot of your personal character created, then just fill out the quote form, provide a fully detailed 3-sided character reference sheet or concept art, and we will work from there! After filling out the quote form, I will contact you to go over details, platforms of contact, pricing, and commission slot availability before accepting the commission, after commission acceptance, I will send an invoice for the amount, and you either pay in full which is preferred(full payment results in immediate start), or 50% down, accompanied by bi-weekly payments of $100, or a monthly payment option, until fully paid off. The costume will not be started until the balance is paid in full!
All Forms will be responded to within 24 hours, unless an error is to occur, or I rejected the form due to a fraudulent claim on a character.
Do not commission if you cannot pay the payments. It’s not to be mean, or unfair. I actually care if you are financially stable, and I wouldn’t want anyone to have to struggle just to live because they want a fursuit. It is a luxury item after all! If you are indecisive, please do not commission the artist! Always have your mind made up before commissioning, or paying the full amount/down-payment so the process goes smoothly for both parties.
Work in progress images
You will have access to the queue for all projects in production, and receive constant updated images, and written information of the costume progress. Inquiries about the project specific to you are to be emailed to the artist. Trello link will be provided post transaction.
Costume repairs
My costumes come with a 60 day warranty. Any irregular issues with the costume within that time frame will be repaired free of charge, you pay for shipping to me, I pay shipment back after repairs.
Heavy wear and tear on an older costume I created in the past will be based on an hourly scale of $30 an hour for repair. You pay shipping to send the costume, I pay for shipment back.
Turnaround times
Completion between 3-6 weeks depending on project.
Terms of Service & Conditions
This only applies if you follow through with a commission.
I will only accept commissions from those over the age of 18.
When commissioning me for any variety of art or costume, I, the artist of CMC reserve rights to post work in progress images of character costumes on any platform I deem acceptable. I, the artist, otherwise referred to as CMC, and Wildpup11 reserve rights to terminate any commission at any time for any reason. I, the artist of CMC do not have to give an explanation on why the commission is terminated, or partially refunded. Typical reasons for termination are as follows:
Needlessly messaging with malicious intent, or harassing the artist, refusing to pay the remaining balance on a costume, attempting to make fraudulent claims or has suspicious activity, or attempts charge-backs. If a commissioner attempts a charge-back, they will be barred for life, a fully detailed and written beware will be posted on all platforms for everyone to see, and a fraud case will be filed against them. Do not commission if you are just going to back out because you are indecisive, know what you want. The costume will not be shipped until it is fully paid for. If I have to cancel for any reason, the initial 40% is non-refundable.
Always make sure you’re in a stable financial situation before commissioning an artist for a Fursuit, we make wearable works of art that we put immense amounts of time in creating. This is our life-blood, so be respectful, and keep in mind that Fursuits are a luxury item, works of art, and should be treated as such. Thank you!
